Rocco Rios Novo News: One save, one goal conceded

Rios Novo registered one save and allowed one goal in Saturday's 1-1 draw versus D.C. United.

Instead of Oscar Ustari in goal, Inter Miami used Rios Novo, who saved a shot from Hosei Kijima but not from Jackson Hopkins. The backup goalkeeper is projected to lose his spot when Miami's schedule continues in September, beginning at Charlotte on Sept. 13.
