Ryan Kent Injury: Will miss three months
Kent (hamstring) will miss at least 12 weeks due to injury, coach Brian Schmetzer told the media, according to 93.3 KJR radio.
Kent suffered a major hamstring injury in the Leagues Cup game against Tijuana and is now set for a spell of 12 weeks on the sidelines. This is a big blow for the Sounders since he appeared in all the games except one since his arrival, as a substitute or starter. While he will be out, Paul Rothrock will get a larger role in the frontline, and Georgi Minoungou could see increased playing time off the bench.
