Rondon registered two shots (one on goal) in Friday's 2-0 defeat versus Villarreal.

Rondon saw his first minutes back in Europe since 2022 Friday, earning a starting role and playing 63 minutes in his Oviedo debut. He would register two shots, but to no avail, with only one finding the target, but not the back of the net. He will need to see some success if the club wants any chance of staying up, being one of the more experienced players in the squad.
