Thomas Partey News: Completes Villarreal move

Partey has completed a permanent transfer to Villarreal on a one-year contract, the club announced Thursday.

Partey spent the last few seasons at Arsenal, but he returns to Spain, where he previously played for Atletico Madrid between 2015 and 2020. Partey will add another defensive specialist in midfield for Villarreal and should see regular minutes throughout the season, although he won't have a lot of fantasy upside due to the nature of his role.
