Tim Breithaupt News: Joins Fortuna Dusseldorf on loan

Breithaupt has joined Fortuna Dusseldorf from Augsburg for the 2025/26 season with a buying clause, his parent club announced.

Breithaupt joined Augsburg from Karlsruher SC in 2023 and acquired experience in Kaiserslautern last season during a loan spell, featuring in 12 games in the second division. Breithaupt is now set for a new loan spell with the aim to continue his development, although he might spend more than one season in Dusseldorf if the club decides to active the purchase option after a successful loan spell.
