Tyler Adams Injury: Scores goal, comes off injured

Adams suffered a potential foot injury after scoring a goal in Sunday's trip to Manchester City.

Adams made the score sheet on a set piece in the 25th minute before being replaced by Ben Gannon Doak in the 80th of Sunday's clash.
