Quiet performance in win
F/MLiverpool
March 14, 2019
Firmino took two shots (one on target) and committed two fouls during Wednesday's 3-1 win over Bayern Munich.
ANALYSIS
Firmino had a quiet first half but came into the match more in the second half as Liverpool pulled away with goals from Virgil van Dijk and Sadio Mane. Firmino didn't produce much in the attack but was his typically industrial self as he spurred on the attack with his defense and pressing. He should return to the starting XI for Sunday's match with Fulham.

In contention against Everton
F/MLiverpool
March 1, 2019
Firmino (ankle) is in contention for Sunday's match with Everton. "He was out there in the running yesterday but we have to see how he reacts. I will see him in a few minutes for the first time since yesterday," said manager Jürgen Klopp. "He is very positive, that's Bobby's nature. We have to see. I don't see any other player - OK, we have maybe two or three more of them - being even in contention for that game after the little problem he had. It looks really good but if he will be ready for Sunday, I don't know in this second."

Questionable against Watford
F/MLiverpool
February 26, 2019
Firmino (ankle) is questionable for Wednesday's match with Watford. "He looks good, we were obviously lucky," manager Jurgen Klopp said. "It is not as serious as we thought in the first moment - if Bobby goes down and leaves the pitch it is always a bad sign because he's a pretty hard boy. We play tomorrow and it will be very close for that, but there's a big chance for the derby [on Sunday]. Because it's Bobby, I would say 'yes [there is a chance for Watford]', but I don't know if I would use that chance because we played Sunday and then Wednesday immediately. Writing Bobby off is a big mistake because he recovers pretty quick."
