Marco Amelia: Gets Chelsea deal
GChelsea
October 1, 2015
The free agent goalkeeper has agreed to join Chelsea for the remainder of the season, Football Italia reports.

The club chose to part with Amelia, who was Italy's third-string goalkeeper when it won the World Cup in 2006. Surprisingly, nobody picked him right away as he showed he was good enough to start for most teams. He eventually joined Serie B side Perugia, but played just one game.
