Sone Aluko

Aluko returned to his role as a substitute for Hull City during Saturday's 0-3 loss to Newcastle United. Despite waiting til the 56th minute to come on the field, he was the Tigers' most active attacker and tied for the team lead with two shots attempts on target.

Aluko was named to Hull City's Starting XI for Sunday's match against West Ham United. The Hull City attack was limited and Aluko managed only two shot attempts despite playing the full 90 minutes.

Aluko could be in line to return to the lineup Saturday against West Ham United after missing out on the last match due to a calf injury, reports the Hull Daily Mail.

Aluko came on as a substitute in the 53rd minute Wednesday and scored the equalizing goal just six minutes later during Hull City's 1-1 draw against Everton.

Aluko came on as a substitute in the 56th minute of Saturday's 2-2 draw against Newcastle United. He finished the match without attempting a shot, and was shown a yellow card for a hard foul on Newcastle's Yoan Gouffran.
