Knee
May 27, 2021
Clijsters (knee) does not appear in the 2021 French Open draw.
ANALYSIS
The 37-year-old has been rehabbing a right knee injury and hasn't played since losing in the first round of the US Open back in August. In fact, she's actually 0-3 overall since coming out of an eight-year retirement back in February of 2020. She'll continue to get main-draw wildcards for obvious reasons whenever she's healthy again, so her current ranking of No. 1,066 in the world doesn't really matter.
