Timea Bacsinszky

35-Year-Old
Retires from tennis
July 16, 2021
Bacsinszky announced her retirement from professional tennis Friday on Twitter.
ANALYSIS
The 32-year-old hadn't actually played a match since September of 2019, so this news makes sense given her recent inactivity. She ends her career with four titles (Luxembourg 2009, Acapulco 2015, Monterrey 2015, Rabat 2016) and a career-high ranking of No. 9 from back in May of 2016.
