Aerial Powers

Powers endured another injury-plagued season in 2021, as she missed five games with a hamstring injury early in the year before thumb surgery in mid-June sidelined her for just over two months. Powers' production has never been a major issue, given her consistent scoring ability while pitching in contributions in both rebounds and assists. Across her 14 appearances (seven starts) last year, she averaged 13.1 points, 3.6 rebounds and 2.1 assists in 13.4 minutes per game. The knock against Powers has been her availability. She has played 30 or more games just twice through her first seven WNBA seasons. Entering her age-28 season, she's healthy and should continue to have a prominent role in the frontcourt alongside Sylvia Fowles. Unfortunately, Powers' fantasy value hinges on her ability to stay healthy.
