Iagupova signed a contract with the Sparks on Wednesday.

ANALYSIS
The 27-year-old guard will make the leap to the WNBA after previously playing professionally in Kazakhstan, Belgium and France and currently suiting up for Turkish club Cukurova Mersin. Iagupova, who is averaging 18.2 points, 6.8 assists and 5.4 rebounds per game in Turkish League play this season, will likely compete for a reserve role in the Los Angeles backcourt.
