Brynna Maxwell

Maxwell's production increased when she transferred from Utah to Gonzaga ahead of the 2022-23 campaign, and she was a solid contributor over her two seasons with the Bulldogs. She averaged 14.2 points and 2.9 rebounds in 27.0 minutes per game and should have an opportunity to compete for a role as a rookie as part of a Sky squad that will feature plenty of new faces in 2024. Maxwell has upside to remain a productive and efficient scorer in the WNBA. During her final collegiate season, she averaged 23.8 points per 40 minutes during conference play while slashing 53/51/83. She made 4.4 threes and 4.4 free throws per 40 in conference, also adding an impressive 1.9 steals. Given Maxwell's three-and-D potential, her floor seems high if she can see ample playing time, but the swing piece of her game will be whether or not she can continue scoring at volume, partially by drawing fouls, at the professional level.
