Dyaisha Fair

Fair, the No. 16 pick in the 2024 WNBA Draft, spent her final two collegiate campaigns at Syracuse after three seasons with Buffalo. She had incredible production throughout her college career, averaging 22.2 points, 4.9 rebounds, 4.1 assists and 2.5 steals per game. Fair struggled with efficiency despite being a prolific scorer but improved as a shooter, shooting at least 36 percent from deep in each of her final three seasons, including 37.7 percent in 2023-24. She also hovered around 80 percent at the charity stripe over her final four seasons after shooting just 71.8 percent as a freshman. Another stark improvement was in her turnover numbers, as she averaged 4.1 as a freshman but less than 2.1 in each of the last three campaigns. The Aces are coming off back-to-back championships and will have their core returning in 2024, so Fair figures to be a developmental piece.
