Georgia Amoore

Amoore sustained a right ACL injury during a training camp practice last season and underwent season-ending surgery before her rookie campaign even began. With the 2025 No. 6 overall pick sidelined, her fellow rookies, Kiki Iriafen and Sonia Citron exploded onto the scene. Iriafen and Citron are expected to lead a new-look Mystics squad this season, but Amoore, who was a full go during preseason action, figures to be a key piece of Washington's youth movement, which added Lauren Betts, Angela Dugalic and Cotie McMahon in the first round of the 2026 WNBA Draft. Given her recent injury, it wouldn't be surprising to see the Mystics monitor Amoore closely this season, and as an undersized guard, she may struggle against professional competition. However, Amoore was an elite playmaker in college, with a knack for jumping passing lanes and irritating opposing ballhandlers. There are certainly question marks when drafting Amoore in fantasy, but the potential upside is enticing in the later rounds. Read Past Outlooks
