Totals four rebounds in opener
Horston closed with zero points (0-4 FG, 0-2 3Pt), four rebounds and one block over 15 minutes during Friday's 91-80 loss to Golden State.
ANALYSIS
After missing the entire 2025 campaign due to a torn ACL, Horston began the year with a starting role. While she misfired on all of her field-goal attempts, she was effective cleaning the glass, supplying four boards in just 15 minutes, while also making her presence felt defensively with a block. Her minutes were limited, as she is slowly eased back into action after missing the 2025 campaign due to a torn ACL.

Past Fantasy Outlooks
2024
2023
Horston battled through a shoulder injury during her rookie campaign and underwent surgery during the offseason, but she's expected to be 100 percent by the start of 2024. Despite the lingering injury, Horston was solid in 2023, averaging 6.9 points, 5.1 rebounds, 1.6 assists and 1.2 steals in 22.4 minutes across 36 appearances (17 starts). Her development was likely prioritized for a struggling Storm squad, but her role will presumably decline in 2024 now that Skylar Diggins-Smith and Nneka Ogwumike are in the fold. Even if she handles a reserve role, Horston's defensive contributions make her an intriguing late-round fantasy option, even with limited minutes.
