Julie Allemand

After several years away from the WNBA, Allemand returned to the league with the Sparks in 2025 and made a career-high 34 appearances (27 starts) while averaging 5.4 points, 5.0 assists and 3.7 rebounds in 28.3 minutes per game. She was selected by the Tempo with the second overall pick in the WNBA Expansion Draft this spring, and head coach Sandy Brondello said that she expects Allemand to begin the season in a starting role. Allemand has experience in a starting role, as she also exclusively started in her 22 regular-season appearances with the Fever in 2020, but she could still be the third option in Toronto's backcourt behind Marina Mabrey and Brittney Sykes. Allemand's starting role makes her an intriguing pick in the mid-to-late rounds of fantasy drafts, but the talent around her could slightly limit her impact. Read Past Outlooks
