Although Sissoko was the No. 3 overall pick in the 2023 WNBA Draft and appeared in all 40 games for Phoenix last year, she averaged just 1.5 points and 1.6 rebounds in 8.4 minutes per game. She had minimal fantasy value and was waived by the Mercury in March. The 25-year-old's fantasy value could increase slightly if she can find the right opportunity ahead of the 2024 campaign, but it seems unlikely that she'll offer much more than streaming appeal, and she shouldn't be a target in fantasy drafts.
