Myisha Hines-Allen

 Indiana Fever  WNBA
2026 Fantasy Outlook
Hines-Allen was a strong fantasy contributor with the Mystics in 2020 and 2021, but she's had mixed results across the past four seasons. After being traded from Washington to Minnesota in 2024, she signed with the Wings ahead of the 2025 campaign and saw slightly increased opportunities in Dallas, averaging 7.6 points, 6.0 rebounds and a career-high 2.9 assists in 22.1 minutes per game across 40 regular-season appearances (20 starts). While her scoring remained relatively steady, her averages in rebounds and minutes were her best marks since 2021. Hines-Allen was an unrestricted free agent during the offseason and elected to sign with Indiana, where she could take on a prominent role in a frontcourt that lost Natasha Howard this spring. Hines-Allen has proven she can be a solid fantasy option when given enough opportunities, and she should have the opportunity to compete for a featured role with her new team. Read Past Outlooks
Good for eight points in start
FIndiana Fever
May 18, 2026
Hines-Allen recorded eight points (3-3 FG, 2-2 FT), six rebounds, four assists and one steal across 27 minutes in Sunday's 89-78 victory over the Storm.
ANALYSIS
Hines-Allen was plugged back into the starting lineup with All-Star Aliyah Boston (leg) sidelined. Hines-Allen was pinpoint with her shot in all facets, while she was one of three Indiana players to grab at least six rebounds. Hines-Allen was making her second start of the 2026 season, and her point total marked a season best, while she tied her high-water mark in rebounds.

Past Fantasy Outlooks
2025
2024
2023
2022
Hines-Allen appeared to be on track to be considered a top fantasy option after breakout campaigns in 2020 and 2021, but she's fallen short of that potential over the last three seasons, as she's averaged 7.5 points, 4.7 rebounds and 2.3 assists in 18.4 minutes per game. She was traded from Washington to Minnesota in mid-August last season and didn't see much improvement while playing mainly off the bench. Hines-Allen signed with Dallas during the offseason, and although the Wings will have a new-look roster in 2025, Hines-Allen could have trouble carving out much production behind NaLyssa Smith and Maddy Siegrist.
Hines-Allen was a dominant force for the Mystics during the 2020 and 2021 campaigns, but she's seen her role decline over the past two seasons. She missed the first five games of last year while recovering from offseason knee surgery, but she appeared in every game after making her season debut and started 18 of her 35 appearances. However, the 27-year-old averaged just 5.6 points and 4.4 rebounds in 17.6 minutes per game, all of which were her lowest marks since the 2019 season. She also shot a career-low 34.0 percent from the floor and 27.3 percent from the perimeter. Hines-Allen is entering the final year of her contract with the Mystics, and the team has several looming roster decisions. Given her decline in production over the past few seasons, it seems unlikely that she'll reclaim a prominent role in 2024, but more minutes will be available if Elena Delle Donne sits out the entire campaign. Hines-Allen has some streaming appeal in most fantasy formats when the Mystics are dealing with absences, but her value is limited when she comes off the bench.
Hines-Allen entered the 2022 season as a promising fantasy option after well-rounded stat lines over the two prior years, but she underwhelmed last season by averaging just 8.9 points and 5.3 rebounds in 19.3 minutes per game over 34 appearances (15 starts). Although she missed just two games last year, part of her struggles may have been due to a partially-torn patellar tendon in her left knee that she sustained in June. She underwent surgery during the offseason and should be ready for the start of the 2023 campaign. Fantasy managers should still temper expectations this year, especially if Elena Delle Donne remains healthy, but Hines-Allen has been a well-rounded fantasy option in the past and has the potential to be productive once again.
After minor roles in her first two seasons, Hines-Allen emerged as a mainstay in the lineup over the past two. She compiled her best campaign in 2020, though her output last year was slightly muted by a knee injury and then a non-COVID illness, limiting her to just 18 games. Even with some minutes-shortened games factored in, Hines-Allen finished 13th in the league in rebounds per contest (7.0) and 13th in steals per game (1.3), with both having room for improvement in extended runs. Hines-Allen signed a multi-year deal with the Mystics this offseason, proving the team has long-term plans built around her. With Elena Delle Donne also expected to be more involved, the Mystics should have one of the better tandems of forwards in the league.
