Bird is the longest-tenured player in the WNBA and is back at it for at least one more season with the Storm. Despite playing in her age-41 season during 2021, Bird managed to suit up for 30 of 32 games and squeaked into double figures in the scoring column (10.0 points per game) for the 17th time in 18 seasons. Bird has maintained her ability to shoot from deep and incorporated that on a larger scale in 2021, posting a career-high 5.3 three-point attempts per game last year. Bird converged north of 40 percent of her shots (41.9) for a third consecutive season and figures to maintain her role on the ball after churning out 5.3 assists per contest last season. She's still among the most trustworthy players with the ball in her hands, posting a league-best 3.40 turnover-to-assist ratio last season.
