The Talented Mr. Roto, Matthew Berry, joins us on Fantasy Focus. He and I are both going to be drafting in Tout Wars on Friday night - I'm sure that will be among our topics.

What's your thoughts on Corey Patterson. Is he going to hold the job? Maybe lose out to Freel? Jay Bruce?

Also, what's outlook on where Longoria hits in the TB lineup?

At this point, do you think Votto is starting for the Reds on opening day?

Can you ask him if there's going to be a "Crocodile Dundee 4"?

I want to ensure I grab Manny Parra in my 14 team mixed league draft this weekend. What is the latest round I should take him without reaching too high?

Should we expect anything positive from J. Cantu this year in Florida? What about JD Drew?

Let me first say, I love reading Berry's articles online. But today on the show, he was a bore fest.

Sorry you didn't like it - I suppose that's my fault. It's up to me to bring out the best; I thought it had gone well. Oh well.

Jeff- You did fine. Although I am in points league (still starving for attention on this topic) and we do a draft, I thought your discussion on auctions and strategies on pitching was pretty insightful.

What was disappointing was the coverage of the boycott. Losing essentially two segments of the show to a story that was resolved very quickly and never really became a huge story (especially when you consider it could have been covered immediately after the show on The Beat) was an abortion.

This, your last show before my draft Saturday! I know you probably had little control of this but you two sure were milking the last 5 minutes of the show after it was clear that the situation was resolved.

I had zero control of it, unfortunately. I can empathize - but the goals of the channel as a whole have to supercede those of the show.

i just listened to the recorded berry segment. i had the opposite reaction -- i can't stand the stuff he writes on espn, but i really enjoyed your conversation.

let me echo bwitt -- there are lots of us who are in points leagues (we got tired of overrating steals and saves; like you said with berry, this is a format where scott podsednik is finally irrelevant) that want to hear some good analysis of that format.

Did you catch the segment with John Zaleski last week? He runs a pretty popular game that's points-style, and hit some of the high points. When it comes to points games, is there a specific area that you want more analysis? Where exactly would you need more help to excel?
