Wiggins officially announced he will enter the 2014 NBA Draft, forgoing his final three years of eligibility at Kansas, reports.

The announcement comes as no surprise, as the freshman had previously indicated his interest in entering the Draft. Wiggins is expected to be one of the top picks, possibly a candidate to be picked first overall.

Wiggins is expected to announce that he will forego his remaining three years of eligibility and declare for the 2014 NBA Draft, reports.

Wiggins averaged 17.1 point and 5.9 rebounds this season and is widely believed to be a top-three pick in the Draft. Teammate Joel Embiid, who has been mentioned as a possible No. 1 overall pick, has not announced whether or not he will return to Kansas next year.

Wiggins had a career-high 41 points, while adding eight rebounds, five steals and four blocked shots during Saturday's 92-86 loss to West Virginia.

Wiggins was solidly efficient, shooting 12-of-18 from the field and 15-of-19 from the free throw line. It was quite a scoring outburst by Wiggins, whose previous career-high was 29 points, which he scored against Iowa State back on January 29.

Wiggins scored 19 points, (6-11 FG, 1-4 3Pt, 6-8 FT) with six rebounds, two assists, two steals and two blocks in 35 minutes Tuesday.

Wiggins was huge in this close game, as he hit the go-ahead shot with just a few seconds left on the clock that won his team the game. This win may have not been a huge resume builder for Kansas as a team, but late game heroics are always helpful to increase a player's future draft stock.

RotoWire Fantasy Analysis

Wiggins scored a career-high 29 points (10-16 FG, 4-6 3Pt, 5-6 FT) with seven rebounds in Wednesday's game against Iowa State.

Wiggins seems to be starting to find his groove, posting career-high scoring numbers in back-to-back games. With a big matchup against Iowa State, he showed improved confidence in putting up 16 shots including six from beyond the arc. We might be seeing the launch of Wiggins on the horizon.

RotoWire Fantasy Analysis

Wiggins scored a career-high 27 points (8-13 FG, 2-4 3Pt, 9-10 FT) with five rebounds and five assists in a win over TCU on Saturday.

Wiggins has had somewhat of an up-and-down season thus far but has been key in turning Kansas' season around due to games such as the one he had on Saturday. He leads the team averaging 15.8 points per game and is third on the team averaging six rebounds per game.

RotoWire Fantasy Analysis

Wiggins scored just three points (1-5 FG, 1-2 3Pt) in 23 minutes during Saturday's 80-78 win over Oklahoma State.

One game after posting an 18-17 against No. 8 Iowa State, Wiggins was a non-factor in a key Jayhawk win. The ballyhooed freshman has been up-and-down this season but hadn't turned in many real stinkers before Saturday.

RotoWire Fantasy Analysis

Wiggins scored 12 points to go along with four assists and three steals in the win over Georgetown on Saturday.

Wiggins struggled with his shot and only went 3-of-10 from the field, but did hit a pair of 3-pointers (he also had an air ball on an attempt from beyond the arc). The freshman scored a combined 48 points in the Jayhawks' losses against Colorado and Florida earlier this month, but has put in 23 points in his last two games. It is hard to ascribe all-world status to Wiggins just yet, but he does have a lot of potential.
