Hazard (illness) is trained fully Thursday and is fit for Saturday's match against Norwich.

Hazard has been a huge fantasy disappointment this season, and has lost out on a few starts as a result of his poor play, but he's got an excellent matchup Saturday against a Canaries side he's scored twice against in their past four encounters.

Paris Saint Germain and Real Madrid are expected to battle to secure a transfer of Hazard next summer, according to the Daily Mail.

The midfielder signed a five-year contract with Chelsea last season, but the team's troubled start to the season and criticism from manager Jose Mourinho may fuel his desire to think differently about his future with the club.

Chelsea manager Jose Mourinho said Hazard was kept on the bench Saturday against Aston Villa for tactical purposes and not for rest or injury. "I left Hazard out because we are conceding lots of goals," Mourinho said. "We need to defend better. We need our midfield players to be just worried about the central area of the pitch, not to be worried about compensating for the left side or the right side.... It was just a tactical decision leaving super quality on the bench but bringing tactical discipline and hoping that the team could be solid. I continue in that way or he [Hazard] comes in our direction and tries to replicate the same work Willian or Pedro did."

Harsh words from Mourinho about the reigning Premier League player of the year, but Hazard has been struggling this season and if Chelsea can continue to improve without him -- they won 2-0 Saturday -- his spot in the upper-tier of fantasy options will be gone.

Hazard is available off the bench Saturday against Aston Villa.

Hazard has struggled to start the season, and while he's had a history of slow starts, Chelsea have struggled as a whole, which has put the spotlight on his slow start even brighter. Chelsea will go with an attacking midfield of Pedro, Cesc Fabregas and Willian, with Diego Costa leading the line.

Hazard picked up an assist in Saturday's 2-2 draw at Newcastle.

Hazard picked out Ramires in the 78th minute and the midfielder fired home from 25 yards. Hazard was the highest scoring fantasy player last season yet has been incredibly quiet by his own high standards this time around. Once the Belgian starts contributing he is a lock in all leagues.

Hazard scored a goal on four shots (two on target) in Saturday's 2-0 victory over Arsenal.

Hazard has looked awful for club and terrific for country this season, scoring in both games during the international break, but needing his sixth Premier League fixture to break duck. Hazard needed the goal after badly bungling a penalty in the mid-week Champions League tie, the goal should help the Belgian winger get back on track.

Chelsea manager Jose Mourinho said Friday that Hazard will continue to be the top choice penalty taker despite missing during Wednesday's Champions League match against Maccabi Tel Aviv.

Hazard skied his attempt over the bar Wednesday and then Oscar took and converted one later in the match. He's still looking for his first goal of the Premier League season, though the reigning player of the year can explode at any moment.
