Lewandowski took five shots, with two on target, but failed to score during Bayern Munich's 1-0 win over Werder Bremen on Saturday.

Lewandowski had a six-match goal streak for club and country heading into Saturday, finding the back of the net an astonishing 15 times over that span. Up next is a tough road match against Arsenal in the Champions League on Tuesday.

Lewandowski scored two goals Saturday against Mainz, four days after netting five times in 45 minutes against Wolfsburg.

Lewandowski is having an absolutely incredible season for Bayern, as he has scored at least once in five of six games. His 10 goals lead the league thanks to his incredible effort against Wolfsburg, a total which only two players in the entire league have surpassed so far this season (Pierre Emerick Aubameyang with seven and teammate Thomas Muller with six).

Lewandowski came on as a second-half sub and scored the match-winner in the 90th minute of Bayern Munich's 2-1 win over Hoffenheim on Saturday.

Bayern went down 1-0 after just nine seconds and then went down to 10 men in the 73rd minute when Jerome Boateng picked up his second yellow, but Lewandowski saved the day late. Despite coming on in the 67th minute, Lewandowski still finished with five shots, including four on goal. He has scored in both of Bayern's Bundesliga matches this season and remains a contender to win the Golden Boot.

RotoWire Fantasy Analysis

Lewandowski took a co-team-high four shots, scored a goal and assisted on another in Friday's win over Hamburg.

Lewandowski had a solid 17 goals and five assists last season, his first with Bayern, though the goal total was actually down from his previous two seasons when he bagged 24 and 20 goals, respectively, for Borussia Dortmund. Bayern are expected to dominate the Bundesliga yet again, and Lewandowski has a legitimate shot at leading the league in goals.

RotoWire Fantasy Analysis

Lewandowski scored 25 goals and added seven assists in all competitions this season, finishing as Bayern Munich's joint top scorer.

The Pole was undoubtedly expecting to score more goals, but was part of a balanced Bayern attack that spread the goals around. Lewandowski has no intention of leaving the German giants this summer, as he is under contract for four more years at the club.

RotoWire Fantasy Analysis

Lewandowski was active in Bayern's 3-2 win over Barcelona on Tuesday, firing off five shots and scoring a sublime individual goal in the 59th minute.

The Pole still has a broken nose and wore a mask once again, but it did not stop him from scoring his sixth Champions League goal of the season. Bayern draw a cushy matchup against Freiburg this weekend, although some regulars could be rested with the title already in hand.

RotoWire Fantasy Analysis

Lewandowski (head) is starting Wednesday's Champions League match against Barcelona.

Lewandowski suffered a broken nose, jaw and concussion during the DFB-Pokal semifinal against Borussia Dortmund last week, but he has apparently been passed fit after sitting out this past weekend. Bayern are without a number of top players, which will put even more of the scoring burden on Lewandowski's shoulders.

RotoWire Fantasy Analysis

Lewandowski suffered a broken nose, broken jaw and a concussion during the DFB-Pokal semifinal against Borussia Dortmund on Tuesday.

Lewandowski netted the opener on a wonderful individual effort that included him scoring from the left side after hitting the post on his initial chip attempt. It's unclear how long he will be sidelined, but it certainly doesn't look promising that he'll be able to return by next week's Champions League semifinal first leg against Barcelona. Making matters worse for Bayern, who have already clinched their 25 Bundesliga title, is that Arjen Robben suffered a calf injury during Tuesday's match and will be out for the rest of the season.
