Lewandowski scored a career-high 42 goals and added three assists in all competitions last season.

Lewandowski struggled to adapt during his first season with Bayern, but he enjoyed an extremely prolific followup campaign in which he led the Bundesliga in scoring as his side secured the trophy and added three more goals during their run to the DFB Pokal title as well. Lewandowski was a marked man during this summer's Euro 2016 competition with Poland, managing just one goal in five matches, but his lone strike nearly helped eliminate eventual champions Portugal in the quarter-finals. He is expected to be ready for the start of the 2016/17 season and should be the odds-on favorite to lead the German top flight in scoring once again.

RotoWire Fantasy Analysis

Lewandowski scored his first goal of Euro 2016 in Poland's 1-1 loss in penalties to Portugal on Thursday. Lewandowski finished with four shots and was dangerous from the start, scoring the goal in just the second minute.

Poland made it to the quarterfinals despite Lewandowski only scoring one goal in five matches. Looking at the stat sheet, Lewandowski was underwhelming, but he did plenty as captain for the Polish in the tournament.

RotoWire Fantasy Analysis

Lewandowski scored a goal on four shots in Saturday’s 3-1 victory over Hannover.

The Polish forward capped off a remarkable Bundesliga campaign with a goal in Saturday’s victory over relegated side Hannover. Lewandowski’s 30 goals in 32 Bundesliga appearances cemented him as the top scorer in the league. He also scored nine goals in 12 Champions League appearances, three goals in the DFB Pokal tournament, and a brace in an international friendly for the Poland national team. Although the treble is now out of reach, he will look to help the Bavarians win the DFB Pokal final next Saturday.

RotoWire Fantasy Analysis

Lewandowski put all three of his shots on target and scored two goals in Saturday’s 2-1 win over Ingolstadt 04.

The Bundesliga’s leading goal scorer further cemented his elite status Saturday with two more goals; one from the penalty spot and one from a Xabi Alonso through ball. His brace helped to secure Bayern Munich’s record-setting fourth consecutive Bundesliga title, and there is no reason to believe that Lewandowski will not continue this level of performance next season. Bayern Munich host relegated side Hannover 96 next Saturday. At the very least, Lewandowski will likely start this one on the bench, but he may not feature at all, given Bayern Munich’s first place finish. However, he would be expected to play in the DFB Pokal final against Borussia Dortmund the following Saturday.

RotoWire Fantasy Analysis

Lewandowski took eight shots, putting three on target, and scored a goal in Tuesday’s 2-1 win (2-2 aggregate loss) against Atletico Madrid.

The Polish striker did everything he could to help Bayern Munich advance to the Champions League Final, but his one goal effort fell a bit short. Nevertheless, Lewandowski has still turned in an incredible season with 41 goals across all competitions. He will look to help his side secure the Bundesliga title next Saturday in Ingolstadt.

RotoWire Fantasy Analysis

Lewandowski scored two goals on four shots in Saturday’s 3-0 win against Schalke 04.

Much to the relief of fantasy owners, Lewandowski finally returned to the scoresheet Saturday, bagging two goals to earn his 26th and 27th Bundesliga goals this season. He will have plenty of opportunities to continue scoring in the upcoming weeks, as the squad host Werder Bremen on Tuesday in the DFB Pokal before traveling to the capital to face Hertha Berlin next Saturday.

RotoWire Fantasy Analysis

Lewandowski attempted just one shot but he did collect an assist on his lone key pass during Saturday's win over Stuttgart.

Bayern left some big names on the bench, leaving Lewandowski to carry the load, and while he was held in check by his lofty standards, he was able to set up Douglas Costa to put the game out of reach in the 89th minute. Lewandowski and company will now shift focus to Wednesday's Champions League second leg, where they will look to protect a 1-0 lead over Benfica.

Lewandowski took three shots, putting two on target, and scored a goal in Saturday’s 1-0 win over FC Koln.

Despite the uncharacteristically tough day at the office for Bayern Munich, Lewandowski did not skip a beat, scoring a goal in his third consecutive match. He has nine goals in the last 10 competitive matches and 38 goals in all competitions this season. After an upcoming weekend of international friendlies and World Cup qualifiers, Bayern Munich will play Eintracht Frankfurt at home.
