Bentaleb (ankle) was introduced in the 41st minute of the Europa League clash with Monaco.

That's his first game since late August. The Algerian has been delaying his return for a while now and the Spurs may use him with caution at first until he gains full fitness. He shouldn't be a fantasy factor, at least, for now.

Bentaleb (ankle) made his return back to the pitch for Algeria, and played the full second half in the match against Tanzania on Nov. 14, the Evening Standard reports

Bentaleb has been sidelined since August with an ankle injury, and he has been using recent international matches to work on his fitness. In his fist match back he played the entire second half and then followed that outing up with 36 minutes in the return fixture. He could be in contention to return for Tottenham this week.

RotoWire Fantasy Analysis

Bentaleb (ankle) has been ruled out Monday night against Aston Villa.

The 20-year-old hasn't played since Aug. 29 with this ankle injury. He's extremely valuable to the team's success in a holding midfield role, but that doesn't translate to fantasy success.

Bentaleb (ankle) is out Sunday against Bournemouth.

Bentaleb's fantasy upside isn't great, so his continued absence isn't likely to affect many rosters. His next opportunity to play will come Nov. 2 against Aston Villa.

RotoWire Fantasy Analysis

Bentaleb got a rare start and grabbed an assist in the 2-1 win over Arsenal Saturday.

Bentaleb had a fine performance Saturday, making four tackles, completing 87% of his 63 passes, recording four shots, and grabbing an assist in the win. This was his first contribution on the stat sheet this season and he's likely earned more playing time with his performance. Keep an eye on the starting XI this Tuesday to see if he cracks the starting XI against Liverpool.
