Returns to field
MHawthorn Hawks
July 28, 2020
Howe (foot) took part in a scratch match last Friday versus GWS, Marc McGowan of the AFL's official site reports.
Howe had been sidelined with a foot issue for the entirety of the 2020 season. It's certainly a good sign that he has made his first appearance, but he likely has at least a couple more ahead before he will receive consideration for his debut on the AFL side.

GM of Football Graham Wright indicated last week that Howe (foot) is hoping to return at some point in July, SEN 1116 reports.
Howe underwent a planta fascia operation and is coming along a little more slowly in his recovery than some of his other wounded teammates, but he's making some headway toward an eventual return. More information on his potential 2020 debut date should surface as it draws nearer.
