Wingard grabbed 25 disposals, seven marks, five tackles, three clearances and goal and behind each Sunday as Hawthorn fell to Fremantle 96-81 at Optus Stadium.
ANALYSIS
Wingard put up his best numbers of 2021 by posting season-highs for disposals, handballs (13), marks, tackles, goals, inside 50s and rebound 50 versus Fremantle. While an injury setback (calf) prevented the 27 year-old from playing in Hawthorn's first two rounds, fantasy owners have since watched the midfielder firmly establish himself as the eighth-best player in the AFL for score involvements per game (8.50) and 18th in median fantasy score per appearance (107.50).

Daniel Howe
Gets checked for shoulder injury
Howe was sent to the sidelines during Sunday's match versus Fremantle to get his shoulder assessed, Nathan Schmook of the AFL's official site reports.
ANALYSIS
The fact that Howe didn't require a sub is at least a good sign and he finished with one of his better showings of the season, notching his first goal to go along with 18 disposals (14 kicks and four handballs), and nine marks. He should have his status updated again once he's deemed fit to retake the field.

Changkuoth Jiath
Game-high 12 marks v. Fremantle
Jiath totaled 24 disposals, 12 marks, and a single tackle Sunday as Hawthorn fell to Fremantle 96-81 at Optus Stadium.
ANALYSIS
Jiath not only matched a personal-best for kicks (17) but too set career-highs for both marks and AFL fantasy score (102) in Sunday's contest. The 21 year-old has flourished in the month of April, averaging 16 kicks, 7.5 handballs, 23.5 disposals and 11 marks in back-to-back appearances against Geelong and the Dockers. Should he sustain such output in next Sunday's match-up with Melbourne, fantasy owners ought not be surprised to see the defender notch his third 100-point performance in as many games and make a serious run at a top ten ranking for the most productive fantasy players at his position.

Tom Mitchell
Season-best performance in victory
Mitchell recorded 38 disposals, five marks, five clearances, two tackles and a single goal Sunday as Fremantle outpaced Hawthorn 96-81 at Optus Stadium.
ANALYSIS
A game-high 24 handballs and 14 kicks saw Mitchell post his best disposal numbers of the year in Sunday's match. The 27 year-old also finished out the day trailing only teammate Jaeger O'Meara for most clearances registered by a Hawthorn player. The midfielder heads into mid-April having tallied at least 106 fantasy points in all but one appearance this season and the Hawks' leader in fantasy score per game amongst those having played in all four rounds this year. His current ranking as the 105th-best value amongst all players at his position may frighten off some owners, but the price to roster Mitchell, at least for now, seems well-worth paying.

Dylan Moore
Game-high tying three goals in loss
Moore carried 16 disposals, six marks, three goals and a behind and tackle each Sunday as Hawthorn fell to Fremantle 96-81 at Optus Stadium.
ANALYSIS
Moore paced Hawthorn in majors thanks to a personal-best tying three goals and posted season-highs for both kicks (9) and marks in Sunday's loss. The youngster has now eclipsed 80 fantasy points in two of his first four appearances for 2021, but lackluster showings against Richmond on March 28 (71 points) and Geelong on April 5 (50 points) currently find him ranked the 46th-most lucrative fantasy option at forward with 71.8 points per game.

Changkuoth Jiath
23 disposals, 10 marks in defeat
Jiath landed 23 disposals, 10 marks and a pair of tackles and clearances each Monday as Hawthorn fell to Geelong 69-65 at MCG.
ANALYSIS
Jiath logged respectable numbers in Monday's loss, finishing in the top five amongst all Hawthorn players for disposals, kicks (15) and marks and posting career-highs for clearances, inside 50s (4) and rebound 50s (6). Admittedly a work in progress, the Cats defender has nevertheless increased his collective output in each of Geelong's first three showings of 2021 and, as such, remains an exciting play for fantasy owners as the 24th most-productive player at his position to date.

The 30 year-old forward subsequently exited the match one of nine Hawks' players to top 80+ fantasy points in the loss, but currently averaging just 68 points an outing this season, tied for 60th-best in the AFL amongst all players at his position.

The 27 year-old has now recorded at 30+ disposals in two of his first three showings on the year and, thanks to a combined 16 clearances through three rounds, is currently tied with Western's Thomas Liberatore for most total stoppage clearances (16) in the AFL. As the league's 29th-most productive fantasy midfielder, O'Meara continues to hold plenty of value heading into a Round Four match-up with Fremantle.

Tom Mitchell
Game-highs across board
Mitchell netted game-highs for disposals (37), handballs (25) and marks (seven) Saturday as Hawthorn fell to Richmond 78-40 at MCG.
ANALYSIS
A broken leg suffered back in 2019 may have kept Mitchell off the pitch for over two years, but the Hawthorn midfielder looked no worse the wear on Saturday, topping 20+ handballs, 10+ kicks and 30+ disposals for the second time in as many weeks on only 170 meters gained. That performance lifted the 27 year-old to his second -straight 100+ point fantasy outing and finds Mitchell currently pacing the AFL in total disposals (38) and handballs (26.5) per game.
