Seth Brown News: Cut loose by Arizona

The Diamondbacks released Brown on Sunday.

After signing a minor-league deal with Arizona on July 4, Brown didn't receive a call-up to the majors, despite slashing .291/.381/.544 with six home runs over 26 games at Triple-A Reno. Now a free agent, the 33-year-old will look to catch on with another organization in need of experienced outfield depth.
