Jordan Poole News: Scores 21 points on 15 shots

Poole recorded 21 points (7-15 FG, 2-8 3Pt, 5-5 FT), two assists and one steal over 25 minutes during Thursday's 132-125 preseason loss to Orlando.

Poole has been aggressive on offense for the Pelicans throughout the preseason and will likely be the Opening Night starting point guard, as Dejounte Murray (Achilles) will miss at least a few months while rehabbing. Poole made 3.5 three-pointers per game while shooting 37.8 percent with Washington last year, both career-high marks.
