No. Sports betting is illegal in Hawai'i and that doesn't appear to be changing in the near future.
The state has no land-based casinos, poker rooms, racetracks or a lottery. At the least, there have been bills introduced throughout the years and a 2019 bill received 12 signatures, which is a positive sign for the future. It may take another couple bills before sports betting legalization occurs, but it's at least a possibility, especially if Hawai'i is one of the last states that prohibits sports wagering.
Unfortunately, the ruling on Daily Fantasy Sports was overturned in 2016 because it was deemed that fantasy sports violate the state gambling laws. Unlike sports betting, there have been no recent attempts to change the status of fantasy sports.
