Sports betting is not legal in Missouri, but that could change as soon as 2020. Two separate bills were proposed early March for both in-person and online sport betting, and each of them had a few differences that will need to be sorted over by the House. The main difference is that one bill has no integrity fee and a lower tax rate.
There's a chance sports betting becomes legal in Missouri at some point in 2020, but due to the Coronavirus pandemic, it's more likely it won't be launched until 2021.
Daily Fantasy Sports and games of skill are the only other betting methods available to residents because while horse racing betting is legal, there are no venues in which people can bet on horses. A bill to authorize and regulate fantasy sports went through in 2016 without many issues.
