Marcus Sasser
Scores 21, bumps knee vs. Bearcats
March 1, 2020
Sasser had 21 points (8-16 FG, 5-12 3Pt, 0-3 FT) and six rebounds in the 68-55 win over Cincinnati on Sunday.
Sasser continues to score the ball at an impressive rate and now averages 18.5 points over the Cougars' last four contests. The guard did, however, get a bit dinged-up during the contest and will have to get treatment after banging his knee in the second half. That being said, Sasser clarified that he is "OK," so it seems unlikely that he will be significantly hampered by the issue moving forward. The Cougars' next tilt come Thursday against Connecticut.
