ANALYSIS
As is typical for the Cyclones, the guards controlled the game with Lipsey, Keshon Gilbert and Curtis Jones combining for 39 points and 10 assists, though surprisingly zero steals despite combining for over six per game throughout the season. Lipsey led the way with 15 points and four assists while also adding five rebounds as the Cyclones pulled away in the second half. Lipsey now has 32 points and 11 assists thus far in two tournament games as Iowa State has made their way into the Sweet 16 and have the guard play necessary to make a deep run.
