With the college basketball season set to tip off Nov. 3, and roster/transfer portal decisions largely finalized, it's time to rank players for upcoming fantasy college basketball drafts. A panel of four college basketball experts on the staff collaborated to construct these rankings based purely on fantasy outlook for the 2025-26 season -- they do not take into account pro outlook or prospect status.

College Basketball Fantasy Rankings: Overall Top-150

This set of rankings takes all of D1 college basketball into account. If your league has a narrower scope that just uses "Power 5" conferences, check out our 2025-26 college basketball power conference player rankings.

This player list is primarily for points leagues (DraftKings scoring) in formats that start G, F/C and UTIL positions. The rankings may change slightly for rotisserie leagues, so be sure to check out our 2024-25 college basketball stats -- which are sortable by category and offer the ability to filter by conference -- if you'd like to adjust for leagues that value categories over total fantasy points.
