2021 Fantasy Outlook
No player who appeared in six or fewer games had more rushes last year than Broussard, who took 156 carries for 895 yards and five scores in the Buffs’ shortened season. His success is particularly impressive considering Colorado’s other running backs averaged 2.1 YPC over their 100 combined attempts. Broussard projects to have one of the nation’s highest workloads, and at 5.7 YPC, those numbers could pile up in a big way. The one knock on Broussard is his PPR upside (9 REC, 65 YDS) but his rushing production should be strong enough to carry his value even in those formats. Read Past Outlooks
Out against Utes
Undisclosed
November 26, 2021
Broussard (illness) will not play Friday against Utah, Josh Newman of The Salt Lake Tribune reports.
ANALYSIS
This is a huge hit to the Colorado backfield with Broussard out. He has accounted for 661 rushing yards and two touchdowns on 142 carries through 11 games. Alex Fontenot and Deion Smith will have to pick up the slack in the backfield against the Utes.
