2022 Fantasy Outlook
Wright took a bit of a back seat to tight end and eventual second-round NFL draft pick Trey McBride, but it wasn't that long ago that Wright as a true freshman outproduced McBride in 2019. Wright has quietly been one of the nation's best receivers in general the last three years, and with McBride out of the way Wright could finish his college career with his best season yet. That's particularly true with the arrival of coach Jay Norvell, who helped make Nevada a high-powered passing offense in recent years. Read Past Outlooks

Headed to Temple
Wright announced via his personal Twitter account Tuesday that he's transferring to Temple.
ANALYSIS
Wright was going to transfer ahead of the 2022 campaign, but he opted to redshirt and make his move following the season. The wideout caught 57 passes for 805 yards and four touchdowns across 12 appearances as a freshman at Colorado State, but he was limited by injuries during the 2020 campaign and produced 554 yards and three scores across nine games in 2021. He'll have two years of eligibility to use at Temple.

2021 Fantasy Outlook
It’s hard to glean much from the Rams’ four-game season, but there was further confirmation that Wright can be a multi-faceted force in the Mountain West. In three games Wright caught 20 of 29 targets for 315 Yards (10.9 YPT) and was also used in the run game with nine carries. Wright won’t have much competition for targets beyond tight end Trey McBride, but McBride’s role doesn’t necessarily impact Wright’s. Look for Wright to lead the Rams’ receiving corps and challenge for double-digit targets per game with impressive efficiency, making him a legitimate Top 100 player overall.
