On move to Memphis
Blankumsee announced Tuesday via his personal Instagram account that he has committed to Memphis, joining the program as a transfer from Toledo.
ANALYSIS
With Memphis losing all three of its starting receivers from 2022, Blankumsee will join holdovers Roc Taylor and Joseph Scates and fellow transfer Tauskie Dove (Missouri) for a prominent role in the Tigers' pass-catching corps. During his three-year stint at Toledo, Blankumsee accrued 57 receptions for 677 yards and four touchdowns. He'll have two years of eligibility to use at Memphis.
