2022 Receiving Projections
2022 Fantasy Outlook
Bech should start opposite Kayshon Boutte, as the latter can lay claim as one of the top wideouts in the country. Bech had a solid freshman campaign with the Tigers in 2021, catching 43 passes for 489 yards and three touchdowns. Jaray Jenkins, Malik Nabers and Brian Thomas Jr. also return, though, so there will be plenty of mouths to feed for whoever lines up under center. Bech led the Tigers in receptions last year and is more of a possession receiver as compared to Boutte, Jenkins and Nabers. In other words, Bech should act as a safety valve for the passing attack and continue to prove a consistent target as a sophomore, though may lack the explosive plays of some of the other wideouts. Lands at TCU
Bech announced Sunday via his personal Twitter account that he has committed to TCU, joining the program as a transfer from LSU.
ANALYSIS
Bech becomes the second former SEC receiver to transfer to TCU, joining ex-Alabama wideout JoJo Earle. As a sophomore in Baton Rouge this past season, Bech recorded 16 catches for 200 yards and a touchdown on 23 targets across 12 appearances. Bech will be able to compete immediately at TCU and will take two years of eligibility with him to Fort Worth.
