2022 Fantasy Outlook
Haener was pegged as a potential breakout candidate under center last season and delivered on that promise, chalking up a 67.1 completion percentage to go along with 4,096 passing yards and a 33:9 TD:INT ratio. While head coach Kalen DeBoer has moved on from the Bulldogs to take over at Washington, Jeff Tedford – who was Haener’s coach to begin his carer, is back at the helm and the Fresno State offense returns most of its passing game production from a season ago. Haener should be set up for another impressive campaign as a result. Read Past Outlooks

2021 Fantasy Outlook
Haener completed 64.7 percent of his 150 pass attempts for 2,021 yards and a 14:5 TD:INT ratio over six games in a shortened 2020 campaign, which is particularly impressive as a transfer who likely dealt with limited offseason work due to the COVID-19 pandemic. He returns in 2021 with a full complement of returning pass-catchers, including a pair of potential stars in RB Ronnie Rivers and WR Jalen Cropper. Barring an unlikely deviation from the team’s 55.7 passing percentage (14th in FBS) last season, he should have a strong follow-up campaign on tap.
