ANALYSIS
Considering that Tulsa's head coach Tre Lamb previously called Francis' injury "a pretty bad concussion" less than one week ago, it is not surprising the team is playing it safe by not using him in Week 3. In his place against the Navy is Baylor Hayes. Tulsa will follow up the Navy game with a non-conference matchup at Oklahoma State before getting back to regular conference action.
