Butch Davis, after complaining about the infrastructure at the school, was given the boot. Mike McIntyre is the new head coach, and he is going to have to choose a new lead back. D'Vonte Price, the top rusher in 2021, is gone. Joseph is the top returning rusher, but his track record is spotty. This is his fourth season with the Panthers, and in the season finale last year Joseph had not only his first 100-yard game, but his first collegiate touchdown.
