Smith (illness) was a limited participant at the Vikings' practice Wednesday.

Smith has been sidelined for the first two weeks of the season while dealing with an illness. The safety has now recorded a handful of limited practice sessions in a row, dating back to last week, and he'll have two more chances to log a full practice before Sunday's game against Cincinnati.
