Makes impact in loss
WRDallas Cowboys
October 14, 2019
Wilson caught five of six targets for 46 yards during Sunday's 24-22 loss to the Jets.
ANALYSIS
Wilson was a benefactor of Amari Cooper (quadriceps) exiting the Week 6 contest during the Cowboys' first drive and Randall Cobb (back) being sidelined. His five catches were the first of the season. Depending on the health of Dallas' receiving corps Week 7 versus the Eagles, Wilson could be in line for another notable role on offense.

2018 Fantasy Outlook
A 2018 sixth-round pick out of Boise State, Wilson joins a Cowboys depth chart that saw over 200 targets head out the door with Jason Witten's retirement and Dez Bryant's release. Wilson doesn't have the speed or physicality to make an immediate impact in the NFL, but his size and athleticism give him some versatility and red-zone appeal, and the converted high-school quarterback should only get more polished in his routes once he gains experience. Wilson will take a redshirt for his rookie season after suffering a shoulder injury during training camp, but he's expected to have surgery in August and should be ready for the Cowboys' offseason program next year.
