Huff both underperformed and was misused at times during his flameout 2024 campaign with Philadelphia, forcing the team to trade the LB for pennies on the dollar to San Francisco this offseason. The pass-rush specialist saw his sack total decline from 10 to 2.5 following his move from the Jets to the Eagles the prior offseason. After recording a combined 7.5 sacks across his first three seasons in the NFL, Huff broke out with 10 sacks in his final year before free agency, earning him a three-year, $51.5 million deal with the Eagles. Not bad for a player who went undrafted. In fact, it's the largest contract for an undrafted non-QB in league history. The Eagles have a need for more pass rushing, as they dropped to 20th in the league in sacks last year and dealt Haason Reddick and his 11 sacks away to the Jets, which is Huff's former team.
