2024 Fantasy Outlook
The signing of Harty flew under the radar this offseason and the addition of Devontez Walker in the draft made the rookie the flashiest new presence in the Ravens' receiving room. Don't discount Harty's role just yet, though. The Baltimore native has averaged 8.6 YPT over the last four seasons in stints with the Saints and Bills. At 5-6 and 170 pounds, Harty isn't built to handle a high target volume role. His speed and shiftiness are things that can get him on the field, though. Harty should make the team regardless thanks to his ability in both the kick and punt return game. Read Past Outlooks

Cleared to suit up
Harty (knee) is active for Sunday's game against the Commanders.
ANALYSIS
Despite logging back-to-back full practices to end Week 6 prep, Harty still drew a questionable tag. However, he's officially received the green light to return to game action after missing last week's nail-biting win over the Bengals. Harty has played primarily on special teams this season, logging 81 punt-return and 51 kick-return yards through four appearances.

Employing Josh Allen keeps the Bills in the mix at the top of the AFC, but the quarterback and company have yet to get past Patrick Mahomes and the Chiefs. It's Super Bowl or bust again in Buffalo in 2024.
The Lamar Jackson-led Ravens are still attempting to get over the hump and reach a Super Bowl. With RB Derrick Henry now on hand and a top-notch defense in place, Baltimore remains one of the AFC favorites.

2020
2023 will be Harty's fifth season in the NFL and his first away from New Orleans. With the Saints the 25-year-old accumulated 64 receptions, 793 receiving yards and four TDS in 40 games, but most of that production came in years two and three. Now that Harty is past the toe injury that limited him to just four games in 2022, the 5-6, 170-pounder will compete with Khalil Shakir, Trent Sherfield and Justin Shorter for snaps at wide receiver behind Stefon Diggs and Gabe Davis, while giving the Bills another option as a returner along with Nyheim Hines.
