2026 Fantasy Outlook
Bauchou has made the cut in just one of seven prior PGA Tour starts, but he'll be a full-time rookie in 2026 after a 2025 Korn Ferry Tour campaign in which he won September's Simmons Bank Open to vault inside of the top-20 on the Points List late in the year. The Oklahoma State University product finished the season with 11 top-25s across 24 events played, but he ranked just 85th on the KFT in total driving and 64th in birdie average. Read Past Outlooks
First top-15 finish at Tour event
Bauchou fired a four-under 68 during the final round of The American Express to finish tied for 13th.
ANALYSIS
Bauchou carded seven-under 65 rounds Thursday and Saturday and would have ended the tournament in the top-10 on the leaderboard had it not been for his bogey on the par-4 18th in the final round. His three bogeys for the tournament were tied for the third lowest in the field, and he also finished T13 in GIR. The Amex was Bauchou's best finish at a PGA Tour event in nine career outings, and he has made the cut in each of the first two Tour tournaments of the season. He enters the Farmers Insurance Open next week sitting 28th in the FedEx Cup standings and 179th in the OWGR.
