Vlasic went from recording a career-high 30 points in 82 outings in 2024-25 to just two goals and 19 points in 81 appearances last year. He averaged 1:25 with the man advantage in 2024-25 and took advantage of that opportunity by chipping in 12 points. However, he barely had any opportunities on the power play last season. Despite him being marginally more productive offensively at even strength, his point total dipped. That also coincided with a drop from 157 blocks to 119, which is problematic because that is the only secondary category in which he earned noteworthy results. His minus-16 rating, 17 PIM and 29 hits in 2025-26 certainly weren’t fantasy assets. He might rebound in terms of blocks, but his lack of a physical game hurts his versatility, and he probably won’t climb back to 30 points unless he regains a power-play spot. Read Past Outlooks

Vlasic had four goals and 30 points in 82 outings last season, nearly doubling his point total from his previous campaign. Much of the 24-year-old’s increase came on the power play, where he saw his production jump from two points in 2023-24 to 12. He offers versatility in leagues that use blocks -- he can provide about 150 per campaign -- but he’s far less impressive in terms of hits with just 59 last season. Vlasic is relatively young and part of a developing squad, so there is opportunity for growth. However, his position with the man advantage isn’t secure, as highlighted by his average of just 0:13 on the power play across his final 10 games last year, which coincided with the emergence of Sam Rinzel and Artyom Levshunov, so Vlasic exceeding his 30 points from 2024-25 isn’t as good a bet as it would initially look.
