ANALYSIS
The Maple Leafs are likely to make moves to bolster their roster as the campaign progresses, so the natural question is what they're willing to surrender to make that happen. It seems Minten would be a bridge too far. The 19-year-old was selected by the Maple Leafs with the No. 38 overall pick in the 2022 NHL Draft. He appeared in Toronto's opening four games this season, recording no points, two PIM and three hits while averaging 11:26 of ice time. Minten was then reassigned to WHL Kamloops on Oct. 27 where he has two goals, five points and 10 PIM in six contests.
