Draws Bevon Lewis at UFC Raleigh
November 14, 2019
Amedovski will face Bevon Lewis in a middleweight bout at UFC Raleigh on Jan. 25, Jose Youngs of reports.
Amedovski is 0-2 in the UFC since coming over from Bellator, and he served a three-month USADA suspension that began in July. Lewis is a product of Dana White's Contender Series and has failed to win either of his two fights in the UFC. Despite Lewis' struggles with the promotion, Amedovski will have his work cut out for him as Lewis carries height and reach advantages.
Lasts 17 seconds in Copenhagen
September 29, 2019
Amedovski lost to John Phillips via KO (punches) at 0:17 of Round 1 at UFC Copenhagen on Saturday.
The former Bellator fighter is now 0-2 under the UFC banner with a brief USADA suspension on top of that. He's exciting if nothing else, as he came out swinging with little regard for defense, and it will effectively land him on the short end of the third-fastest knockout in UFC history. While Amedovski closed as the betting favorite in this one, he did little for those who used him in fantasy lineups, collecting just two significant strikes on 11 attempts before getting finished.
Serves three-month suspension
July 18, 2019
Amedovski accepted a three-month suspension from the USADA after testing positive for marijuana, Aaron Bronsteter of reports.
Amedovski's suspension was originally six months, but he had it reduced following the completion of a drug awareness program. As a result, he will be eligible for the fight he is booked for against John Phillips at UFC Copenhagen in September.

Finds out he has plenty to work on
April 20, 2019
Amedovski lost to Krzysztof Jotko via unanimous decision (30-25, 30-26, 30-26) at UFC Fight Night on Saturday in Saint Petersburg.
Amendovski came into this fight with an undefeated record, and he really struggled to get anything going in this fight. He spent most of the fight stuck on the bottom eating strikes from the top position. He previously fought twice in Bellator, but this was still a big step up in competition. In the end, he was not up to the challenge.
